| Place the scallops in a large dish in the hot steamer and steam for 8-9 minutes over a hot heat. heat the oil in a wok, add the garlic, ginger, spring onion and chilli and stir fry for 30 seconds, add the rest of the ingredients, and stir well. bring to the boil and simmer for 1 minute. Pour 2 teaspoons of the sauce over each scallop and serve. |
