Cut the duck into 2-3" long strips and thread onto wooden skewers. (Tip: soak the wooden skewers in water for 2 hours to prevent burning). Cook the duck in a frying pan with enough oil to prevent sticking. Meanwhile cook the satay sauce as per Satay sauce recipe until hot. Serve the duck skewers and pour over satay sauce. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve. Optionally serve on a bed of crisap lettuce.
