- Half cup seasoned oil
- 2 inches root ginger crushed and chopped
- 4 spring onions chopped
- 4 Cloves garlic peeled
- 2oz Butter
- 1 teaspoon 5 spice powder
- Half teaspoon chilli powder - more if you like it hot
