Satay Pork

  Ingredients

  Serves 4-6 main course or 8-12 as a starter

  • 1Kg (2Lbs) Pork Tenderloin
  • 500ml Satay sauce
  • 4 tablespoons seasoned oil
  • to garnish:
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

  Method

Cut the Pork into 2-3" long strips and thread onto wooden skewers. (Tip: soak the wooden skewers in water for 2 hours to prevent burning). Cook the Pork in a frying pan with enough oil to prevent sticking. Meanwhile cook the satay sauce as per Satay sauce recipe until hot. Serve the Pork skewers and pour over satay sauce. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve. Optionally serve on a bed of crisp lettuce.
