| Cook the dried noodles in salted boiling water according to the packet, then drain and rinse in cold water, drain again. Fresh noodles require far less cooking time than dried noodles, 1 minute in boiling water and then rinse in cold water. Always refer to the packet instructions and adjust if you need to. Heat the remaining oil in a wok, stir fry the onion slices for 30 seconds, then add the bean sprouts, noodles and spring onions stir for another 2 minutes. Add the soy sauce and MSG stirring well. Finally add the sesame oil and serve. |
