- 4 Pork steaks
- 500ml BBQ sauce

Method
| Preheat the oven to it's highest heat (220-250 degrees). Meanwhile cook the BBQ sauce as per Chinese BBQ sauce recipe until hot. Dip the Pork in the BBQ sauce and lay on a baking tray. Cook in the oven for 10-15 minutes until cooked through. |
