BBQ Pork Ribs

  Ingredients

  Serves 8 as a starter

  • 12 spare Pork ribs
  • 500ml BBQ sauce
  • 4 teaspoons Salt
  • 4 teaspoons 5 spice powder

  Method

Rub the salt and spice powder into the ribs and leave for 24 hours in a fridge. Preheat your oven to 80 degrees. Cook the BBQ sauce as per Chinese BBQ sauce recipe until hot. Smother the Pork in the BBQ sauce and lay on a baking tray. Cook in the oven on the low heat for 2-4 hours adding more sauce if it dries out. Now turn the oven up high and cook until the ribs brown at the edges and serve.
