| Rub the salt and spice powder into the ribs and leave for 24 hours in a fridge. Preheat your oven to 80 degrees. Cook the BBQ sauce as per Chinese BBQ sauce recipe until hot. Smother the Pork in the BBQ sauce and lay on a baking tray. Cook in the oven on the low heat for 2-4 hours adding more sauce if it dries out.
