Ingredients
Serves 4
- 4 Beef Fillet steaks
- 500ml BBQ sauce

Method
| Preheat the oven to it's highest heat (220-250 degrees). Meanwhile cook the BBQ sauce as per Chinese BBQ sauce recipe until hot. Dip the steaks in the BBQ sauce and lay on a baking tray. Cook in the oven for 5-10 minutes depending on how you like your steaks cooked. |
