1Kg (2Lbs) White Fish Fillet such as cod or haddock
500ml Curry sauce
1 Onion chopped in large chunks
4 tablespoons seasoned oil
Method
Cut the Fish into bite size pieces. Cook the Fish and onion in a frying pan with enough oil to prevent sticking. Meanwhile cook the curry sauce as per Chinese curry sauce recipe until hot. Pour over the curry sauce. Stir well and serve.
