| Melt the butter on a low heat and stir in the sifted flour, mix well with a fork and cook for 2-3 minutes, add the five spice powder, then the rest of the ingredients and stir well. Add the boiling water. Stir well to remove and lumps (use a hand blender if needed). If marinating your meat leave to cool totally before using as a marinade. If you are using immediately just mix over the outside of your meat and cook as instructed. |
