Breaded Squid Rings

  Ingredients

  Serves 4

  • 24 Squid (Calamari) rings
  • 3oz golden breadcrumbs
  • 2 beaten eggs

  Method

Wash the squid and pat dry on kitchen towel paper. Dip each ring in the egg then the breadcrumbs until well coated. Deep fry in hot oil (190 degrees) for 2-3 minutes until golden. Drain on kitchen towel and serve with a rich dark soy sauce.
